Room: Large, sunny master bedroom with plenty of space to even add your own couch or other big furniture. The room has big ensuite bathroom and HUGE walk in wardrobe.

Property: Modern, tidy and well-maintained home in Chartwell. The house is quiet and relaxed, with a good amount of shared space and plenty of parking. Two cats already live here, so unfortunately no additional pets. No couples.

Area: Great location on Hukanui Road, close to Chartwell shops, supermarkets, cafés and other amenities. There’s a bus stop right outside, making getting around easy without needing to drive. A convenient location while still being in a peaceful residential area.

It’s a quiet, relaxed household. I’m a working mum with my children, and I’m working most days, so the house is generally pretty peaceful during the week.

We’re friendly, respectful and easy-going, but we also value our own space. There’s no partying or loud gatherings, and I’m looking for someone who is considerate, clean and respectful of the home. I also have two friendly cats who are part of the family, so unfortunately no additional pets.
