Hi everyone! One of our flatmates is moving over to Australia at the end of our lease, which renews November 11, so we are looking for someone to take her room. We have no preference for gender but do prefer to have someone close in age (we are 20 and 22).

Although most importantly, we would love to have someone who is tidy, easy to live with, and pays bills on time. Rent is $200 each and there is a bond of $773.33, which you can choose to pay in full or instalments. We are switching to a cheaper power company upon our lease renewal. But the past 4 months’ average is $211.02, which would be an average of about $70.34 each every month (please note that these averages are from over the winter). Three-bedroom flat with one shared bathroom and one guest toilet. There is also a spacious cupboard for storage. Ava has the loft and Lily occupies one of the two double bedrooms. Photos provided show the kitchen, lounge, guest toilet, bathroom, and the room going up for rent. Rent, power, and Wi-Fi are split three ways – including some flat expenses like dish liquid, laundry liquid, and toilet paper.

Our flat is one out of a total seven units. We have a shared driveway leading to a secure parking lot and where all the bins are kept. Our flat’s parking spot is taken by Lily, as she has a car that occasionally attracts unwanted attention. We have a small, easy-care garden that requires the occasional weeding, which Lily likes to do. Inspections are every 3 months. Rent and other bills are paid to Ava.

Our street is quiet and has plenty of parking depending on time of day – spots fill up quickly though around the time people are coming home from work.

I also work part-time, and most of my shifts are very early in the morning so take note if you’re a light sleeper. I have a cat who is super cuddly, so I hope you love cats too. :3

Ava: Hi, I’m a full-time online uni student who works part time and manages the bills. I usually go on walks and to the gym and I love to play video games!
