About the room

The flat isn’t a party flat vut we are allowed to do pre’s and the garden is great for that.

Plenty of onstreet parking but does seem to be quite busy as its park street.

Its about a 10min walk to st David’s from the flat.

About the roomies

We are a group of 5 girls going into 2nd yr in 2027. We are looking for one more girl around our age to help fill the last room.

Im an addition to the group and the other 4 know each other from their halls
