I have two furnished rooms available in a clean, well-kept home in central Thames. The rooms are available separately. The house was renovated just over a year ago, and the furniture and appliances were purchased at the time, so everything is still in very good condition. Each bedroom has its own private toilet. The shower, kitchen and laundry are shared. The house is within walking distance of Thames town centre and PAK’nSAVE, and there is free on-street parking. Rent is $270 per week per room, including power, water, gas and internet, subject to reasonable usage. I’m looking for tidy and respectful long-term tenants who will take good care of the house. Each room is suitable for one person, and couples may also be considered. No pets. I’m the owner and occasionally stay at the property during the week. The two rooms are rented separately, with a shared kitchen, shower and laundry.
