🏡 ROOM AVAILABLE IN NEWTOWN – OCTOBER TO FEBRUARY! ☀️ Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our Newtown flat from the 10th of October until February 7th — perfect for a student or young professional looking for somewhere over summer! $175 per week with a bond of 400$ 
Bills are split between 4 people and usually work out to around $55–$68 per person each month. The room is unfurnished, but it’s a good-sized double bedroom with heaps of natural sunlight during the day ☀️ It also has a built-in wardrobe, so there’s plenty of storage space! But The location is honestly super convenient which makes up for it!
Woolworths is only a 2-minute walk down the road and 
The No. 3 and No. 18 buses stop right outside the Woolworths!
Massey University is about a 10-minute walk away
 and Residential street parking is available outside Unfortunately, no pets are allowed 🥲 Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re studying, working nearby, or just want somewhere affordable and convenient to stay over summer until you find your next place! The flat currently has 3 other people 1 male and 2 females who all are in their early 20s. Myself and one of the girls are moving out, so there will be another new flatmate moving in too! There’s unfortunately only one bathroom that is shared between everyone.
