The current furniture setup differs slightly from the photos, but the room is now arranged with a single queen bed. The house is clean, quiet and well looked after, with plenty of natural light and a relaxed atmosphere. The bathroom is shared, internet is included in the weekly rent, and power would be shared between the two adults in the house. I’m a 37-year-old male and work from home. I also have my 4-year-old son with me on weekends, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable with that and who is tidy, respectful and easy to live with.

The property is in a great Mangawhai Heads location, 4mins to the beach, 3 mins to local shops and cafés, and would suit someone looking for a comfortable, peaceful place to live.
