Nice rural feel, but still only a 10 min drive to town. Sunny, warm and spacious furnished room available in a relaxed home in Heathcote Valley. The room gets loads of natural light and comes with: Large bed — can be kept as a double or split into two singles Built-in wardrobe and wall storage Chest of drawers TV with Chromecast Plenty of space and large windows Nice character features throughout the room Power is split between the housemates. It’s a relaxed, homely household and we have dogs, so you’ll need to be comfortable having a couple of small four-legged flat mates running around the place. Big back yard and deck with lots of sun. Nice view of the castle rock and the hills. Currently myself, partner, and another flatty living here, all around the 30yo mark. Plus 2 wee dogs. We’re mainly looking for someone easy-going, tidy and respectful who’ll fit in well with the house. Short term at first but open to someone who is the right fit. Myself and my girlfriend share a room. Kiwis We have another flat mate from England in another room. All close to 30 years old. 2 mini Schnauzers. We generally keep to ourselves, apart from the odd group takeaway night, or watching a series we all get in to. Shared living/lounge space with the fire, so we all hang out in there, especially when the fire is on. Or in our rooms if ya just want your own space. Me - musician.
