Recently purchased 3 bedroom home in Te Aroha, the home requires renovations and work to be upto healthy homes standard which we plan to do over the coming months therefore we will be working in the house most weekends and some times during the week. The house is close to town and on a large section.
As we have only just purchased we have limited photos until we get the keys
Owners live in Hamilton, likely we (couple) will be staying on lots of weekends and one of us may stay during the week if our work is based out there
