About the room
Sunny room big enough for a double bed. Currently has a queen size bed and a man robe in it if you wish to use them or bring your own. Enough space for some drawers as well. House has a courtyard and lawn. Courtyard is a nice place to sit and enjoy the morning sun. There is a large covered private deck to enjoy, shared with your flatmates. You can also smoke there. No smoking in the room or house. 1 off street parking space on a shared driveway. A lockable shed to for storage also shared with your flatmates. We would like clean and tidy people, no drugs will be tolerated. Excessive drinking is not OK, no parties. We respect boundaries and will not disturb you if you work night shift or had a hard day at work. Warm place in winter. Private house.
