We are looking for a flatmate to take over an existing lease fixed until 23rd May 2027 with option to extend. You’ll be living with 1 existing flatmate in her 50s who loves cooking, socialising and has a small friendly chihuahua.

Move in costs 💰 bond $1,300 💰 rent $325 weekly but currently paid fortnightly which is $650 each per fortnite 💰 water usage charge every three months- landlord will provide the invoice 💰 Wifi, Power and bins are split with current flatmate
