Own space while still being part of a warm and welcoming household. $350 covers rent, water, power, unlimited Wi-Fi and lawn mowing. Convenient off-street parking. Central location, 2-minute walk to the local shops and a quick 5-minute drive into town. Looking for a long-term roomie with a minimum 1-year stay. Suitable for a single person who works full-time.

Sharing with two other professionals who live in the main house. One female, one male. We are busy during the week working and often out of town on weekends. We like to keep common spaces tidy.
