Room available now in a recently renovated home in a nice and peaceful area.

Available from 28th Oct Location : Clover Park, Manukau Rent: $240 P/W which includes all utilities (water, power, gas and internet)

Room has a built in wardrobe and comes with a double bed and own toilet and basin. The room also great good amount of sunlight with its own sliding door access to the balcony.

The rest of the house is furnished. We also have a regular cleaner come in to clean the communal areas
