Flatmate Wanted - $200/wk (utilities excluded) We’re a group of 3 students looking for two flatmates to fill the remaining space of our 5-bedroom flat. It’s close to uni and right on fatty lane so r.i.p. wallet. We’re pretty social and keep the flat very tidy. Kitchenware is provided. Some bedroom furniture may stay, but for the most part it’ll come empty. There is a built-in clothing rack and desk. The upstairs rooms have a balcony which get pretty good sunlight. One side pictured overlooking a grass side of the house and the other which faces the side of another flat. The remaining two rooms are the upstairs with balconies facing another flat.
