Property in Glenfield - Windy ridge

$300 per week per room, for one person. Power, water and internet are additional, with the cost-sharing arrangement agreed in writing before move-in. Each bedroom is private; the downstairs lounge, kitchenette and bathroom are shared with the occupant of the other room.

We’re a friendly, busy professional couple who live upstairs. We run our own business and enjoy a relaxed, respectful home environment. We’re easy-going and social but also value privacy, cleanliness, and everyone having their own space. We’re looking for friendly, responsible people who will feel at home here.

Fully self-contained downstairs unit in a peaceful setting, featuring 2 private bedrooms, a separate lounge, kitchenette, bathroom facilities, and access to the swimming pool. The unit has its own separate entrance and offers plenty of privacy from the upstairs home.

Ideal for two professional friends, two single professionals, or a couple sharing with one other person. A great option for people looking for a comfortable, relaxed home with their own living space.
