About the room

Currently no flatmates. I have 2 rooms for rent. 1 is inside. 1 is outside that comes with its own power, 3 rooms - outside shared deck. Private. Water is accessed through main house. Shower and bathroom inside shared. We are on water tank so have to be mindful of water usage during summer. External bedroom with kitchen and separate room is not connected to a water tank but is excellent for someone seeking privacy - semi furnished. Prefer single worker needs car working in northern Kaipara area needing accommodation. Any artists looking for retreat or residence in beautiful quiet community with sea views in northern Kaipara.

I am a single older woman currently living alone. Previous 2 Boarder/Renter moved to Auckland. Will consider beneficiaries to rent room - non smoking inside. Privacy paramount. Depending on potential tenant will consider extension time.
