Lovely room for rent in Kenepuru, available from 01 November. A good-sized, comfortable room with a separate bathroom for extra privacy. The home is in a quiet and convenient area, with a bus stop just a short walk away and shops nearby. $300 per week, including all bills. Rent is negotiable for the right person. We’re looking for a friendly, clean and respectful flatmate who enjoys a peaceful home and values personal space. The room is unfurnished, but if you don’t have furniture, we’ll do our best to help arrange what’s needed. Just feel free to ask 😊 No smokers, please.
