It is a sunny double room fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, study desk, chair, and wardrobe. The bathroom is all yours; the tub is only occasionally used by my 4-year-old son. The kitchen and the living room is shared. Parking is available. Available long-term or short-term for a single female or females (2) and for a couple; it is available for short-term. The neighborhood is friendly and nice, and the area is developing, and job opportunities are available. The property is closer to all the supermarkets and town square, sports facilities, the Aquatic Center in Rolleston, and all the parks. Closer to the residential college, like walking distance. Also, the bus to Lincoln University 820 is just down the road. About 20 minutes drive to Christchurch City via Highway.

We are a small family originally from Sri Lanka living in NZ for over a decade. We love travelling and learning about the world. So any nationalities and cultures are welcome, as we love to explore new languages, cultures, and culinary experiences. We are easy going and fun-loving. So we are looking for a clean, tidy, easygoing, fun-loving, and caring person. There is no one else sharing the room or bathroom. We are happy to pick up or Drop you at the airport and also help you to take you to the supermarkets or shopiing if needed.
