About the room

Kia ora,

My flatmate of 3 years is moving out, so there is a single room available in this two bedroom apartment.

The apartment is fully furnished. The room comes with a single bed, a bedside drawer and a built in wardrobe. It also comes with a bathroom for your exclusive use (with the laundry in it shared with me).

The apartment is situated close to bus routes, Newmarket train station, Westfield Newmarket, Countdown & New World & Asian supermarkets as well as all the delicious eateries Newmarket has to offer!

Ideal flatmate will be someone who is honest, friendly, easygoing and able to keep common areas clean.

Rent is $290 per week plus utilities.

If you’re interested, please get in touch with a short description of yourself, and then we can look at arranging a flat viewing.

About the roomies

I found the site to be clear of scams which is very much appreciated since there's so much garbage out there on the web.

Flawless design and user-friendly. I hope people really catch on to this app because it is well put together for people looking for affordable housing.

Roomies is my #1 go to whenever I want to list a room for rent because I always have a better experience with them than any of the other sites out there.
