About the room

A fully furnished room is available with an outstanding view of the harbour. The room has a big wardrobe and enough room for a desk as well as the bed. The photos of the bed and the desk and arm chair are both of the room available. The property is in Port Chalmers on a very quiet street, close to the bus stop. There is plenty of outdoor space and lots of bird song. It’s a peaceful and nurturing place to live with easy access to the University area and town by public transport or private vehicle.

About the roomies

I am the only human living in the three bedroom house and there is a small dog who keeps me company. I work from home in a seperate studio and live a generally quiet, peaceful life.
