Beautiful restored large double room with wooden floors. Sunny, double glazing windows with sea views and an en-suite. Use of house and garden. Very cheap power with solar panels. Plenty of street parking and bus to city and airport from near shopping area 5 mins walk. Lyttelton is a cool place to live. Very quiet and safe. House share with owner and possibly one other. Unfurnished room available. This is a quiet home no heavy drinking or smoking. Key to near by public swimming pool and lots of hill nature walks from house.
