We’ve got a cosy ensuite room available on the ground floor of our modern home, and we’re looking for a friendly, easygoing flatmate to join us 😊 The room comes with your own private bathroom, so you’ll have your own space while still being part of a relaxed household. The house itself is new and well-kept, and we’ve got a washer and dryer for everyone to use. The basics: $250 week + Bills (happy to chat for the right person) Private ensuite room on the ground floor, we’ll be on the third floor so you’ll definitely get your privacy. Shared laundry (washer + dryer) Location is super convenient: Just minutes from Sylvia Park Easy train access into the CBD Close to shops, food spots, and everything you need About you: We’re ideally looking for someone around 18–28, preferably studying or working full-time. Most importantly, someone who’s respectful, tidy, and easy to live with. We’re not a party house, so it’s more of a chill, quiet vibe here.
