Hello! My name is Catherine, I am the aforementioned 19 year old and will be the main point of contact for all your enquiries regarding my family’s home 😊

We are a small family of three, four including our adorable tuxedo cat Mittens 🐱. My parents are Judith/Judy (72) and Bruce (76) both retired.

Judith and Bruce are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormons). I (Catherine) am not. While they are passionate about their values, they will not impose them to an extreme extent. Their only standard is no smoking of any sort. Don’t worry, I’ve traumatized them enough to allow drinking 😉

Personally, I value honesty and authenticity the most. I believe in true communication and respect— it’d be wonderful if potential tenants could reciprocate 😃
