About the room

Just a stones throw away from the botanic gardens (great for gardens magic in the summer) with a bus stop down the road for the no. 2 route. The flat offers great privacy being off the main road, and is walking distance to the city - about 25 minutes to Lambton Quay.

Two rooms are included for this price. One bedroom, plus an internal storage/study. The room catches the morning and early afternoon sun. There is a decent sized wardrobe in the room too.

The rest of the house is fully furnished, including a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. You will only be sharing the bathroom with one
