🌿 Hey everyone!😊There’s a fully furnished room available in Browns Bay, perfect for a single person. It includes a spacious double wardrobe, a double bed with mattress, and a bedside table that’s great for studying or working from home.

The house has beautiful beach views, a lovely garden area, and a calm, homely vibe. It’s also close to beach, shops and cafes, so everything’s within easy reach.

Rent is $240 per week (including bills).

We value privacy and quiet time but are always up for a board game or a chill social night every now and then. Please send me a message if you’re interested😊
