A private studio located in rural Maungatapere, about 15 minutes to Whangārei. The studio is more of a self contained tiny home, 1 bedroom with ensuite, open planned living with kitchen. It also has a spacious deck with privacy screens. There is also a little garden shed which is used for a wash house and extra storage. Please note that power is included in the price (within reason) but not internet. It could come with the option of being partially furnished depending on what your needs are also. We also live on the property with our very friendly dog, we are private people and will respect your privacy. You may see us doing yard/farm work or the kids riding their bikes. We are after a trustworthy person who is kind and respectful.
