Garage with wall outlet to charge e-bike or scooter. Want clean, tidy, quiet, respectful working/retired/student. 5 minute walk to supermarket, 10 mins to town and train station and other public transport. Off street parking. House can’t be seen from the main road. Neighbors can’t see into your room. No drugs or excessive drinking and smoking outside only.

One mad cat that thinks he runs the place One retired old guy. He minds his own business and he’s currently trying to wear out the carpet between the coffee pot and his room! One 49 year old working woman who knows how to mind her own business. If I’m not at work I’m chilling on the deck.
