About the room

Huge 1960s house in quiet neighborhood with two decks overlooking front and back lawns/gardens - you would have the large master bedroom with double wardrobe and retro ensuite (great shower). You would also have your own lounge/living area in another bedroom. Share kitchen. 2 minute walk to supermarket and shopping area as well as bus stop.

About the roomies

I am the head tenant 50+ - I work part time as a cleaner and gardener so I keep the house very clean and tidy and have developed lovely gardens which I enjoy puttering about in. I have grandchildren that come over sometimes maybe once or twice a week. No pets allowed at property sorry. I also have a severe egg allergy so is an egg free house - the food and people πŸ˜„
