The house is huuuuge, with plenty of space. There are 2 living areas and a huge kitchen with a butler’s pantry and plenty of storage. There is a bar setup aswell, and the main living areas can be closed off, so if you have people over the noise will be contained there. There is a beautiful outside area thats fenced in and half under cover, so its perfect for summer BBQs. There is a separate guest toilet and a carpeted garage with internal access. Parking would be in the driveway if you have a car. The room is available now, but we are flexible with move in dates. We want to make sure we vibe with whoevers moving in :) We are very close (walking distance) to silverdale mall, and the area itself is very peaceful - we even have horses next door that sometimes come and say hello! The room itself can fit a queen bed, drawers and desk. It has a double wardrobe with built in drawers and you would share the main bathroom with one girl. The rent includes water and internet, but we will split the electricity monthly.

I am a fulltime student (almost a pilot!) Who runs 2 businesses from home. I have a 3 year old daughter who’s here half time. The bathroom you would share would be with another girl, who’s in her last year of engineering at uni. We have a friendly cat as well :)
