Always ahead of weekly cleaning and washing bedding, kitchen linen, bathroom towels and vacuuming, dusting, mopping and cleaning their lounge area, kitchen, hall, bedroom and bathroom. Leave bedroom window open to air daily. Bathroom fan on when in use and window open after use and shower wiped and dried.
Kitchen benches, hob and sink wiped and dishes done after use. Always use fan when cooking.
Student uni 5mins, WHV you’ll love it here with wetlands out the back.
Supermarket for all your groceries and consumables 5mins.
Includes gardening, 🧑🌾 lawns, power (short showers, no baths) water. Free preset hour of power for dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Utilise the solar once the hot water has heated for any additional power useage.
