About the room

West side of Halswell, close to shops (small) and bus stop. Quiet area. Room comes with a bed, planning on furnishing it more eventually but fairly empty for now. Comes with own bathroom and shower, though across the hall.

Good sized kitchen and lounge, new TV and couch. View is fiiine but nothing special. Alarm system for when everyone is out. Not much outdoor area due to being a townhouse, but also directly across from a reserve.

Street parking unfortunately, but plenty available.

About the roomies

Just me currently. (Male, 24) I’m a fairly quiet person, not big on drinking or partying. I spend a good chunk of my free time on books, board games and programming. Would ideally want someone who is keen for the occasional board game night.
