SUBLET 5th November - 20th January

My partner and I are heading overseas and are looking for someone to sublet our room in Ravensbourne between the 5th of November and the 20th of January.

We have two other flatmates both late 20s working/studying. It’s a close flat into music, art & cooking. Social at times but also value personal time/space. Someone who fits this vibe would be ideal. The room would be suitable for a couple also.

It would be $175 for a single and $300 for a couple.

We also have a friendly cat who loves people but can be a bit needy at times so someone who likes cats and will spend a bit of time hanging out with him would be great.

House/room is fully furnished. Two minute walk from the bike path. Message me if this sounds like you!
