About the property

The house is located in Takapuna on the North Shore. Rent is $450/week including expenses. We live upstairs with our 2 kids and cat (upstairs has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen). Downstairs (available space), has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a outdoor area which will all be exclusive use. We do share a laundry and we park our car in the garage so you may see us from time to time (we also have our own entrance and so do you). There is plenty of street parking but no off street.

We are looking for a long term either single or couple. Sorry no kids or pets.
