We have two rooms available in our lovely queer house share!
This is the smaller of the two rooms, the other is $190 per week.
Expenses are $20-30 per week depending on the season.
Please note the bond is actually $796.
It is a small room but fits a double bed. Lots of light in the room in the morning making it bright and warm. Furniture which can stay in the room if wanted: Single bed, Small desk, Chair Our housemates are leaving the country so will be selling cheap: Double bed, Shelving unit x 2, Table, Chest of drawers, Bedside table.
Two shared bathrooms - one upstairs one downstairs. Shared spaces include a cosy living room, kitchen/diner, a small back garden and front porch area.
We are right next to bus stops into the city/station/elsewhere in the wellington area and five minutes walk from Riddiford St shops, cafes, bars etc. We are also five minutes from the town belt (towards mount Vic lookout). It’s a really lovely place!
You’ll be sharing with 4 people in total, us 3 and whoever takes the other room: 2 queer women who are both new zealanders, 27 and working in retail. 1 trans masc non binary Brit, 36 working in a bar. We all have our own lives and schedules but enjoy watching TV or a film together sometimes or going for occasional housemate dinners. Everyone cleans up after themselves and generally behaves like a grown up! We’re hoping for another queer person in late 20s-30s to join us. You must be queer & trans friendly and informed! :-)
