Very sunny warm room, new heat pump, on suite( shower, toilet and hand basin). Lovely private sunny deck. Queen bed, large built in wardrobe plus extra storage space available. Kitchen fully equipped, lounge furnished with balcony. Ideally located in quiet street- very close to excellent amenities of Addigton Village and very short walk to Hagley Park and Christchurch Hospital, 2 minutes to bus stops.

Single garage with internal access available seperately for rent possible.

One other female flatmate upstairs with own bathroom. I’m a student, work part time, enjoy art and reading. Happy to share cooking, I’m looking for a respectful, quiet and friendly, self contained young flatmate, who is either working or a student.
