Looking to share 2 bedrooms in a 3 bedroom house. The property is conveniently located 5 mins from Barrington mall. The Room has a spacious built in wardrobe plus extra storage space available and room is comfortably big enough to easily fit in a queen size bed and still have space left over around. Room can be arranged furnished or unfurnished but rent will be slightly higher if required furnished. Kitchen fully equipped, lounge furnished. The bathroom is shared with one other room which is currently empty so for time being you won’t be sharing it with anyone. The house has 3 bedrooms, all are on level 2 while the kitchen and living room is downstairs on level 1. Ideally looking for a chill easygoing but flatmate who cleans up after themselves. All common areas will be cleaned by me so all you need to maintain is your room and the bathroom.

I’m quite chill person and easy going and don’t get bothered or disturbed by others doing their thing even in the middle of the night as long as you not being obnoxiously loud. I’m working most of the time so come home late. Im currently studying Bachelors in Mech engg and about to complete. Its obvious but I love cars and bikes. I have recently moved into a house myself and have my separate bathroom so easy for flatmates.
