Refurbished 4-bedroom apartment in Thorndon, Wellington, with 2 rooms available. Move-in is 6 or 7 November.

Rent is $192.50 per week per person plus utilities (power, internet and water, based on usage). Bond is $770 each.

The flat is unfurnished, with no beds, sofa, dining table or built-in wardrobes. You’d bring your own bedroom furniture, and we’d split the cost of shared furniture equally.

We’re applying through the agency now. New flatmates will need to submit a short application so the agency can run their standard background and credit checks.

We’re two friends: I’m a postgrad student and my friend is doing a bachelor’s. We’re friendly, outgoing and pretty chill, but we also value having our own space. We care a lot about keeping the flat clean and tidy.

We’re hoping to find two uni students, ideally in their 20s, who are tidy, respectful and easy to live with. Sorry, no partiers, smokers or recreational drug use.
