New build in Belfast (Spring Grove sub-division) with one room available (the bedroom pictured, and also the bathroom pictured is yours!).
4 bedroom house, and I work from home so one of the bedrooms is an office. There is also another spare bedroom which has a desk in it (which you are more than welcome to use!) and then the bedroom on offer which has a queen bed and side table in it. Plenty of storage space between those two bedrooms for things. A decent sized walk in pantry for you to store food etc in with a see-thru fridge. Across the hallway from the bedroom is a bathroom which is yours. The house is on solar, so power is very cheap!
The pictures of the bedroom and bathroom are all yours! I also have a washing machine and heat pump dryer (very energy efficient). The house also has gigabit internet.
I am open to short term people just needing a place while they find a longer term place as well.
About the roomies
I am 29 and work remotely for an IT startup in the property marketing automation space.
Outside of work I’m usually out running, biking or volunteering in the weekends at a local charity.
