BOARDER WANTED – LITTLE MANLY BEACH, WHANGAPARAŌA

$290 per week | Available early November

A spacious double bedroom is available for a boarder in a comfortable and spacious home, close to Little Manly Beach.

The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and access to own balcony. The boarder will have primary use of the main bathroom, which is occasionally shared when guests visit.

Board includes:

• High-speed fibre internet
• Netflix
• Water and wastewater
• Reasonable use of power and gas
• Basic pantry and cleaning supplies
• Own small fridge
• Use of fully furnished shared living areas, kitchen and outdoor spaces
• Off-street parking

The house is conveniently located near Manly Village, local beaches and public transport.

Ideally suited to one mature-minded working person.

No smoking or additional pets.

$290 per week. Plus $500 Bond and one week’s board in advance.
