🏡 Furnished room available for summer – great location near Grafton Campus! ☀️

Hey everyone! 😊 I’m looking for a female flatmate to take over my furnished room from 30 November 2026 until 24 January 2027, while I’m away for the summer.

📍 The location is amazing! The house is close to the city centre and just a 5-minute walk to the Grafton Campus. Bus and train stations are only 5–10 minutes away on foot, and Newmarket is also nearby, so getting around is super easy!

🛏️ The room comes furnished with a bed and mattress, wardrobe, desk and chair, personal fridge, cupboard, and clothing rack. It also has a window but gets no direct sunlight, which is actually perfect for keeping the room cooler during the summer months!

🏠 The house has everything you need:

A shared kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, cutlery, and a kitchen table Two bathrooms, shared separately by male and female tenants A washing machine and dryer that you can use for free A backyard terrace with a table and chairs – perfect for enjoying those warm summer evenings outside 🌿

👋 Your future flatmates: You’ll be living with four lovely students in their early to mid-twenties who study at UoA or AUT – three guys from India and one girl from Germany. If you’re a girl, you’ll share a bathroom only with the German girl, who is super nice! There’s also another lovely girl living in the granny flat in the backyard, who studies at AUT and has her own kitchen and bathroom.

The vibe in the house is friendly and relaxed, with a good balance of socialising and having your own space.

💰 Rent: $255 per week with all bills included!

🚗 Parking may be possible to arrange. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. No couples or pets.

The room is available from 30 November 2026 until 24 January 2027, as I’ll be moving back in then.

You’ll be living with four lovely students in their early to mid-twenties who study at UoA or AUT: Abishek from India who studies Architecture/Construction at AUT, Rohith from India who also studies Construction Management at UoA, Subhash who’s doing a business Master at UoA and Hannah from Germany who is finishing her Master’s degree in Biomedicine at the UoA. Celine lives in the granny flat in the backyard and also studies at the AUT.
