I have just renovated my garage and it will be available to rent in a couple weeks This is a self contained garage with full bathroom kitchen living area This home has children so I need someone that is respectful and considerate Overnight guests is not something im comfortable with so please keep that in mind and you must be working This is basically your own unit you just pay for your own gas otherwise power internet is all covered in the $350 Im a single mum with two children and I work fulltime
