Shared bathroom & toilet, the room can either be furnished or empty depending on your situation. Nice outdoor area to enjoy the sunshine, with a lovely lemon tree and grapevine to share. Pet friendly place with secured backyard gates. 15 minute drive to the Waikato hospital and the Hamilton lake, 10 minutes to the TeAwa base shopping and 5 minutes to the Te Rapa pools.
