We are an Indian couple with two kids (under 5), looking for an Indian flatmate who is a working professional or a student.

A lovely master (ensuite) bedroom with a private toilet, shower, and a walk-in wardrobe in a recently built house in Gosset Avenue in the new Greenhill Park subdivision.

-Very spacious double master/ensuite bedroom with plenty of space to accommodate more furniture (study table/chair etc)

-Private fully tiled toilet/shower with LED/heated mirror, heated towel rails, and a frameless shower

-Full-sized walk-in wardrobe with heaps of drawers and shelves, giving plenty of personal storage

-Room faces towards the north, getting plenty of sunlight throughout the day

-Room has windows on two sides, offering plenty of fresh air. -Room has double blinds (day and night) to offer privacy

-Indented parking right outside the room/house (visible from the room) in a very quiet street

-Room furnished with a queen bed, mattress, and a bed side table

-A short walk to Greenhill shopping complex (supermarket, bakeries/cafes/restaurants (incl Volare), medical facilities etc.) at Wairere Dr/Gordonton Rd roundabout.

We have one big ask that is non-negotiable - cooking meat at home is not allowed.
