This is a furnished room in a brick & tile bungalow although the furniture can be stored if a potential roomie would prefer to bring their own. The house is set in a quiet neighborhood on the sunny hills around Orewa, with the beach only a ten minute walk away, through the adjacent reserve. The living spaces are far from the bedrooms, ensuring peace and quiet, and there are two tiled patios on opposite sides of the house to catch the sun at any time of day. The wrap-around garden is full of fruit trees and colour. Double glazing, Moisture-Master, heat pump. The kitchen has two ovens and a gas stove. Wifi included.

I am a 30 year old Psychiatric Assistant working at North Shore Hospital. I own the house and I love music, gaming, and the outdoors. Im an active person and lead quite a busy life but also love a laugh and to unwind; this has been the perfect little oasis as a base for all those things.
