5 to 10 minutes walk to city center and everything else, awesome cosy dble room with semi furnished appliances for your everyday needs, laundry downstairs,want to know more about the room and shared facilities see photos but I don’t know why it isn’t showing my real address on the profile cover front page, The real address is 125 Earnslaw Street Central Queenstown opposite QT Queenstown, your litually looking straight down at it from my living room window, good for a couple or couples that work there or nearby,rent is paid automatically every week day the day you move in and one week in advance to move in, you’ll have full access to everything except my room which has a private sign on room door and will answer you if your either coming or going or just even if you need something,If your a drama free, smoke free,drug free,aged between 30yrs plus then you have a good chance of getting the room.but other wise will except most couple’s that work weekly for a living

One person and dog, respectful of others shared spaces not a party person or party house, families with kids that go to school and parents work mornings so have to respect there atmosphere and living space,I’m a smoke free drug free guy and dog,do like a beer on a sports games on the screen at home,not much of a going out person,smoking inside is forbidden,shoes off inside,home gym in carport area, drama free home have vehicles outside,for more information just dm me on here for a viewing anytime during the day and the latest I’ll be viewing for couples looking is from 11am till 7pm Kind respect’s and regards.
