Looking for a flatmate to move into the spare bedroom in my apartment in the heart of Albany.

Furnished bedroom with a private ensuite (furniture optional), located in the heart of Albany. Just a 10-minute walk to Albany Bus Station, with direct buses to Auckland CBD taking around 20 minutes.

Bills are split monthly.

Off-site parking is available for $25 per week.

My current flatmate is willing to sell his furniture for just $100 in total !!
