Rent: $410 + bills + 2 weeks bond

Location: Fernhill, 2 minutes walk from bus stop, 20 minutes down the hill to town

Room: Fully furnished with a comfortable queen bed, built-in wardrobe and bedside table. The room also has its own small balcony with access to the garden and great views of the Remarkables.

House: You’ll be sharing the house with 3 people, but bathroom with only 1. We have two lounges to chill in, big yard and a shed to store some of your gear. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need.

We’re looking for someone who cleans after themselves and keeps the shared areas nice and tidy and is respectful of other people’s downtime and sleep schedules. Preferably works full time (not till late hours)

We’re not a party house, but don’t mind couple drinks now and then. We’re outdoorsy, like board games and movie nights, so if you are likeminded, flick me a message with info about yourself, where you work, for how long you’re planning to stay and so on. Mostly looking for longer term flatties.

We live here for a year and half and take great care of the house, so we’d like the same from you. We both work full time, long days, so we appreciate quiet hours in the house. We’re planning lots of hikes over the summer, but also like to chill at home with a beer, wine and some board games. Soon we will also be looking for a person into the single room.
