About the room

The house is tucked away down a quiet cul-de-sac and backs onto a reserve, so it’s a peaceful spot with a lovely, almost rural feel. It is a newer build, with good insulation and double-glazing for those cold winter months. The property is walking distance to The Landing. Rent includes WiFi and Netflix. Power is split monthly.

The bedroom has a built in wardrobe, and comfortably fits a double or queen-sized bed.

About the roomies

We are two female working professionals. I am currently studying speech-language pathology full-time and working full time. Neve is a full-time preschool teacher. We both love a movie night and shared dinner. Neve loves gaming, reading and crafts and I love gardening, hiking, rock climbing and all things outdoors. I also have a very friendly corgi called Indie! And there are two very friendly cats too (Bram & Maggie). So hopefully you are an animal lover! We keep a very tidy home for everyone to enjoy, especially communal spaces. We get along great, have a very relaxed and easygoing vibe, and would love a flatmate who fits in well with this.
