Hello all! I am looking for someone to take over my spacious room in the heart of Remuera as I’m heading overseas.

As per our rental agreement: No pets, no couples (as we have reached max # tenants). Preferably looking for a female around late 20’s

📍Location: • Short walk to Remuera Village, cafés, and New World • Excellent public transport with easy access to the CBD and Newmarket • Great central location while still being in a quiet neighbourhood
