We have a fully furnished downstairs granny flat available in our house on Parkvale Road! It has apartment-style living with its own internal access and complete privacy. The flat features an open-plan layout with a cozy lounge, kitchen, and bedroom area. It also boasts a large bathroom and a dedicated entryway featuring a built-in desk.

Rent is $420 per week, plus $30 per person per week for expenses (which covers power and high-speed internet). Bond is 3 weeks rent.

Location highlights: Free and safe street parking right outside. Quick 10-minute walk to Karori Village (supermarkets, cafes, library, and main bus routes). Right near an entrance to the Skyline Walkway if you love getting outdoors!
