The house is located at Three Lamps Ponsonby. The furnished room is super large with heritage features, high ceilings and a bay window seat. Underfloor heating. Walk to cafes, bars, parks, supermarkets, bus stops and the CBD.
We have a lovely outdoor entertaining area with great city views.
The room will be furnished with a double bed, drawers, clothing rack, mirror, rug, curtains.
This is a no smoking property.
About the roomies
I am late 50s and a pilates teacher. I’m pretty active and social. My daughter is 22, working full time, and out and about as well . We have a small dog, Jed, he’s old and sleeps a lot. We enjoy music, chat, creativity the odd glass of wine and live a pretty relaxed life. We like to cook and eat outside on the deck alot during the summer. Also, I will be living in the property part time until April as I will be housesitting locally for a friend. Very happy to answers any questions by email. Cheers
